Queen Charlotte House

Queen Charlotte House is a 17th Century Grade II listed building over 5 floors.

In 2015 Lancer Scott undertook a sensitive refurbishment of the entire building transforming the building into an outstanding office environment with
central breakout area, Changing room and cycle store.

In 2020 due to ongoing expansion within Lancer Scott, we completed the redesign of the 4th floor to create a more agile working environment for the construction and design side of the company.

This included agile hot-desks, hop up breakout spaces, bespoke carpentry to create clever and stylish storage solutions, a beautiful kitchen dining area, luxury meeting rooms and a roof terrace area overlooking historic Queen Square.
